Q: Since when have you been a Quasimodo ERP client?
S: We’ve been using Quasimodo ERP since 2008, marking over 15 years of continuous collaboration. This long-standing relationship reflects the trust we place in the solution to support our growth and meet our evolving needs.
Q: Why did you choose Quasimodo’s Powerware ERP?
S: At the time of our decision, its main strength was its ability to manage inventory in a smooth and robust way. With multiple companies and warehouses, we needed an ERP that could centralize stock information and handle inter-company processes. The production management module was also a major advantage: it allows us to configure specific formulas for manufacturing and automatically deduct raw material stock when closing a production order. This helped us gain better control over our production chain and reduce the risk of human error. In the longer term, Powerware ERP offered the flexibility and automation we needed to support our growth.
Q: What were your most recent needs?
S: The evolution of consumer expectations—especially the rise of instant online purchases—pushed us to adapt our commercial approach with our resellers. We needed to give them the ability to order our products online, with real-time access to inventory levels to optimize stock rotation and made-to-order purchases. We also wanted a simple, always-accessible interface to ensure a smooth buying experience. In this context, the client portal, Powerware Portal, emerged as a relevant solution.
Q: How did Quasimodo and its Powerware Portal (Client Portal) meet your expectations?
S: Choosing this web platform came naturally. First, the native integration of the client portal with the ERP simplified the centralized management of our operations without creating major technical challenges. This solution already met many of our needs, such as managing autonomous order placement, product availability in inventory, and deposit handling on orders. All of this is accessible through a web and mobile interface that gives our clients direct access to essential information: product images and documentation, stock levels, and order history. Moreover, we knew Quasimodo would be able to tailor the solution to our specific needs, including creating a configurator to select optional products when ordering a pool.
